It's the question every agent asks before signing on with a new brokerage, and it deserves a straight answer, not a recruiting pitch. At Hyatt & Company Real Estate, the answer is: no, you
With over 22 years in the Mortgage Banking Industry, I have had the pleasure to assist thousands of families with their real estate financing needs. Whether it has been achieving the dream of home ownership, refinancing a current loan, or simply offering advice, I have been extremely fortunate to build very strong relationships over the years. Regardless of the market conditions, whether they are stable and smooth or one that has been very challenging, through my referral partners & client’s loyalty, I have been extremely fortunate. I've continuously been in the top 1% of originations, closings, and funding's while all the time maintaining well above the company average for customer loyalty. As my clients and referral partners look to me as the expert in my field, it is critical that I always have my finger on the pulse of the ever-changing mortgage and real estate market.
As a loan originator, I pride myself in the follow 3 areas: 1) listen & fully understand my client’s needs and educate accordingly, 2) make the process as simple and smooth as possible so they are never discouraged and 3) always ensure the client, referral partner, and all involved have an enjoyable customer service experience. I have built my success as a loan originator by applying the following principles: build long standing relationships with my clients, build partnerships with a variety of sources, and represent all clients and referral partners with honesty and integrity. I will be honored to assist you with all your mortgage needs and build a business partnership you can always count on.
