As Director of Marketing and Front Office Administrator at Hyatt & Company Real Estate, I bring a unique blend of sales, real estate operations, and creative marketing experience to the brokerage.

With more than five years of sales experience and over two years working within the real estate brokerage environment, my background spans multiple areas of the business, including compliance, transaction coordination, funding, administrative operations, and agent support. That cross-functional experience has given me a well-rounded understanding of what happens behind the scenes to keep a brokerage—and its agents—moving forward.

Since joining Hyatt & Company in June 2026, I've had the opportunity to step into a more creative and engaging role. Working alongside our VP of Operations, Amanda, I help oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the brokerage while leading our marketing and social media presence, coordinating brokerage events, supporting agent initiatives, and finding new ways to strengthen the Hyatt & Company brand.

I love being able to combine organization and operations with creativity, relationship-building, and marketing. Whether I'm working behind the scenes to keep the office running smoothly or developing new ways to showcase our agents and brokerage, my goal is to help create an environment where our team feels supported, connected, and positioned for success.
